I’m Silvia, and this is my home. I decided to open it to guests who are looking for a welcoming and comfortable place, just a few steps from the sea.

Silvia’s House Pisa is located in Marina di Pisa, in a perfect and pleasant position, very close to the sea.

The house features an elegant early 20th-century structure, typical of the area, and has been completely renovated.

We are in the centre of the village, just 50 metres from the sea and 50 metres from the lush pine forest of the Migliarino–San Rossore–Massaciuccoli Natural Park.

The area is quiet and ideal for family stays and for those who enjoy combining cultural holidays with the relaxing atmosphere of a seaside town, long known for its healthy climate.

The seafront is beautiful both in summer and winter and offers spectacular sunsets, to be enjoyed with a drink or while dining on fresh fish.

Silvia’s House Pisa is within walking distance of the main local attractions: you can enjoy the sea and outdoor activities and then relax in the privacy and comfort of the house.
